- Do I need a licence for a boat?
At the minute, no. You must be over 16 in the Republic of Ireland to operate a fast boat, and in the North there should always be an adult in charge. It is advisable to take an ISA or RYA Training Course.
- Do I need a licence to operate a PWC?
Same rules as for boats. However, we recommend that everyone buying a pwc should take a training course as PWC is a very high powered piece of equipment
- Can i try the boat before i buy?
YES.. our policy has always been to allow you to test the boat your most interested in. We want you to buy the boat you want and are going to be happy with. Our shore side location allows us to put a boat on the water for test within minutes. Just call to arrange an appointment.
